Die trying!

Also hung on the wall over the fridge of the cabin was a model of a bush plane. It had lost a wing during an unfortunate landing and had been retired to the kitchen. The plane added even more intrigue to the already fascinating decor of the cabin.

Heads and tails.

I recently stayed with friends at their log cabin in the Chilcotin district of central B.C. Hunting is very popular in this region. Hung between the front room windows of the cabin was a fine example of a caribou. He must have been a magnificent specimen when he was alive.
