St. Mary's Church

St. Mary's Church, Cottingham, East Yorkshire. This church has a special place in the hearts of my parents.
This week's second entry to Illustration Friday's "remember" theme.

Love the crispy-ness of the details and strong color. Fun topic to share.

Absolutely beautiful, I like the use of light in it, it makes it very lively.

Dear Richard, can I ask why the Church at Cottingham is so special tp your parents? My father was the Vicar at St Mary's unil 1984.

Hi Anonymous,
My parents were married in St. Mary's back in 1952. Also, my mother and her brother were christened there.

Cheers,

Richard.
