Dressed to kill?







































Early use of the business suit as a hunting blind met with limited success.
My entry to this week's Illustration Friday theme "suit".

kinda has a look of Jim Carrey your guy... (might just be the wild expression).. and I love the fact he is trying to escape it...>>.(the suit). I've seen that trapped in suit look on many faces!

That made me laugh. I'm not sure why, perhaps the complete surreality of it.

I was reminded of an old short in Heavy Metal where the caveman's cavewife says "need meat", so he walks to a bus stop, gets a suit out of the station locker, goes to work in an office, goes to the grocery store, ditches the suit again, gets on the bus, goes home, and brings meat to his family.

As a nearly dialog-free comic, it really loses a lot in the translation, but I decided on trying and always stand by my decisions, however bad.

Very funny, the mammoth looks like he's tiptoeing past in case the suit tries to sell him something or convert him to veganism!!
